Not at all. Our soft-top boards are the most forgiving boards on the market — wide, stable, and safe for beginners. The Jersey Shore has gentle breaks that are perfect for first-timers.
We recommend 48 hours in advance, especially on summer weekends. For same-day delivery, text us directly — if we have availability we'll make it happen.
Minor dings happen and are expected. Our rental agreement outlines costs clearly — major damage or loss is charged at replacement cost. We inspect every board at delivery and pickup.
We carry 8' and 9' soft-top surfboards that work for beginners and intermediates of almost any size. Mention any size preferences in your booking and we'll match you up.
Yes. We offer paddleboard rentals on the same delivery model and can do mixed packages too (surfboard + paddleboard). Ask when you book.
After we confirm your booking, we'll text or email you a link to sign our rental agreement digitally. It takes about 2 minutes and must be completed before delivery day.
Cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us directly and we'll work with you.
Yes — that's our primary customer. We deliver directly to vacation rental homes, Airbnbs, VRBOs, and private residences throughout our six-town delivery zone.
